Got an appointment last minute prior to our weekend road trip. They were first to respond with my Yelp inquiry, the most affordable, and had quick service! When I came in, they answered all my questions and didn't feel pressured for up sale. Will definitely be returning for brake checks and any future changes!

Honest - charged me about a half of what Dirito VW was asking, Friendly, and easy to make an appointment,
Fast - took slightly over an hour to replace rear brakes, rotors included, on a VW Jetta with electronic parking brake,
The place is very clean - looks more like a showroom than your typical workshop.

They did an awesome job!!! Guys were very polite from the get go when I called to make an. appointment. Got in within a week. They replaced pads and front rotors. Saved me over $500 from the estimate from Lexus. Highly recommend and will definitely return when other car needs brakes. Thanks!

I have been coming to the shop for a few years now. And ever since Jonathan (the new owner) took over this place has skyrocketed in regard to service. They were always good, but Jonathan is very personable and very honest. I don't feel like I'm being taken. I appreciate the genuineness he provides. I was able to send a message via Yelp and he texted me within 2020 minutes and scheduled me right away. I was up early and he was able to service me a little bit earlier than the scheduled appointment. I feel like what I pay for is worth the service that I get. Having someone be honest with you about what you need for your car instead of trying to get over on you makes it a little bit easier to pay for it. lol. I will always recommend this place.

Second time using Brake Pros, this time at their new location in Antioch near Costco. Another excellent experience for brakes. Reasonably priced and quick service. Got rear breaks for my Lexus done in an hour.
